Nasopure Swish Sticks Bag of 30

Description:

Bag of 30 Swish Stick Saline Refills compatible with Nasopure bottles as per instructions, adjust quantity used for your neti pot/bottle size.

3.75g of mixture per sachet.

For regular nasopure bottle, use 1 sachet for Isotonic solution
For regular nasopure bottle, use 2 sachets for Hypertonic solution
For small nasopure bottle, use 1 sachet for Isotonic solution
For small nasopure bottle, use 1 sachet for Hypertonic solution

For other neti pots / bottles. adjust amount to size of bottle, one sachet is isotonic for 8 fl. oz (approx. 225ml) of water.
So for a 150ml neti pot, use approx 2/3 sachet for isotonic, more would be hypertonic.
Isotonic = as salty as the body
Hypertonic = saltier than the body
