I tried jala neti for the first time today and have to say I am amazed at the results. It is much easier than I thought, although I'm sure I will perfect the tecnique more as I get the hang of it. I can't remember the last time my head felt this clear after living in major cities for years. It has made my Ashtanga practice much easier as the ujjayi breath is much easier to maintain with clear sinuses. It's a real revelation!
