Opening Hours
Please bear in mind that we are a FAMILY FRIENDLY company! Most of our staff have children and when our children are home we like to be with them too!

Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 4:30pm
Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm
Saturdays FIRST Saturday of the month excluding Bank Holiday weekends 9:30am - 2:30pm *see below
Sunday CLOSED
*Saturdays - If the first Saturday of the month falls on a bank holiday, we will ususally open the following Saturday. However if you intend to visit us on a Saturday it may be worth giving us a ring or emailing us to make sure we are open!
Planned Saturday Closures: May 8th & 9th 2010 we are trading at Cardiff's largest Natural Health Show, Vision for Living.
If you have trouble contacting us by phone
Generally we always keep our phones and shop manned. However occasionally we may not be able to answer the phone as we are in a meeting or with a customer, or all our phone operators may be on another line. Before you become frustrated please see our possible reasons below!
Saturdays - we sometimes trade at festivals and health shows so very occasionally we close on a Saturday.
Weekdays - we may be short staffed so please bear with us!
Should we not answer the phone during office hours, please email us or call back a little later. Otherwise leave a message and we'll return your call as soon as we can.
In addition, we occasionally monitor emails remotely at varying times out of hours especially if we have been short staffed.
OPENING TIMES VARIATIONS
School Holidays
As we are a family-run business, there may be occasions when we need to open a little late or close a little early during school holidays if we are short staffed for sickness or holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding at these times but please be aware that this would happen only on very rare occasions!
Bank Holidays
The shop will be closed on the Saturdays of Bank Holiday weekends plus the Tuesdays following the Bank Holiday Monday. We are also closed on Good Friday. All orders and enquiries will be processed as quickly as we possibly can on the Wednesday following bank holidays. The shop will be closed for approximately 1 week over the Christmas period. We will inform you of exact dates on the front page at the time. | |
