A New Alternative Way to Cleanse your Nose and Sinuses

We are pleased to bring a new system to the UK from USA which gives an alternative method for cleansing. This method is particularly suitable for children, and those who find it difficult to position their head correctly. It is also ideal for those with blockages or a build-up of mucus.

HOW IS IT DONE?

A plastic bottle (similar to a sports bottle with an upturned spout) is filled with the saline solution. The spout is inserted into one nostril. The breath is held and the back of the throat held closed. The bottle is gently squeezed, pushing saline solution into the nasal passage, cleansing the sinuses and flushing out the other nostril. The process is repeated on the other side.

The bottle will hold enough saline solution for a few days use, and the cap can be closed to keep the solution fresh.
