OVERSEAS ORDERS
We can now accept orders and payments from customers living outside the UK.
(Outside UK is anywhere without a UK postcode, this includes Southern Ireland).
Unfortunately, our system does not automatically calculate international postage etc. so a special procedure is required to be followed as set out below.
We have developed a new system for the processing of international orders
Please place your order in the normal way, providing your full details including country. At checkout, you will only be given the option of International (Quotation) so select this option and checkout to enter your order on to our system. (See Image below)
We will then apply any necessary surcharge for overseas shipment to your order and email you once this has been applied.
You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away - this is automatically generated.
Please wait for a 2nd email which will be entitled "Your Overseas Quotation" before proceeding as below.
Once you have received an email advising of your amended order quotation, you will then be able to log back into your account and access your order through your control panel (See Image below)
Click The Your Orders icon and select the order from the list shown. you will then be able to pay for your order in the usual way. (See Image below)

You can of course still initially get a quotation by contacting us by phone or email detailing your desired items, destination, name and email. We can then give you a quotation on the postage costs. You will still need to go through the process above, but you will know beforehand what the additional charge would be.

The postage charge will depend on the weight of your order and destination of shipment. The delivery timescale will also depend on the weight of your order and your destination but we will advise you of this when we confirm your quotation or order.
SHIPPING BANDS
We have formulated the following shipping bands for your convenience as a guide. The following prices are a surcharge and are in addition to the usual UK P&P charge (£1.95 on orders less than £50, £1 on orders £50-£99.99, FREE on orders over £100).

These prices do not include additional postal insurance or a signed-for service which is required for orders over £30 in value. We will give details of this with your quotation. Occasionally and depending on postage costs we may be able to send very light items with a smaller or no extra supplement.
Please note we are unable to send to USA & Canada at present
PAYMENT
Payments must be in sterling. We can accept your card payment over the telephone, or you may pay us online using the Debit/Credit card or Paypal method at checkout.
Please note there are some items that we are unable to send abroad due to their weight or if they are extremely fragile. This includes items such as our larger crystal balls. This may be possible within Europe, so please contact us for more information.
NON-VAT Paying countries (ie outside the EU)
Our system is integrated with our accounts and we are therefore unable to accept orders with a different purchase price (ie. ex-VAT). The VAT amount you will pay is used towards our increased shipping costs to send your order to you, helping us to subsidise the supplement you may have to pay, and therefore keeping our prices low. If you do not agree to pay the full inclusive VAT price of the item, please do not order!
Orders to EU countries
Any company who sells goods or services to someone who isn't VAT registered in another EU country, MUST charge VAT in the normal way - just as they would for a UK customer. Therefore VAT will be charged on all EU orders.
If you are a company that is VAT registered in your country, please contact us detailing your VAT number so we can process your orders excluding VAT.
Please also note that we cannot accept returns for overseas orders due to postal charges. | |
