Nasopure Nasal Cleansing Kit

This is a great alternative method of washing your nasal passages and sinuses. The system is devised and formulated by Dr Hana, a practicing physician in USA. Shop Holistic bring this system to the UK for the first time.
Based on the traditional nasal cleansing method of Jala Neti, but the saline solution is actually gently squeezed into the nostril, enabling the head to remain in the upright position, making it ideal for children and those with back or neck problems. This method also enables the sinuses to be flushed through with more pressure than Jala Neti, so it can be more efficient in the case of blockages.

Kit comes complete with 9 sachets of saline mixture, up to one sachet can be used per bottle. Each sachet contains 7.5g of Sodium Chloride and Sodium Bicarbonate mixture.

You may also use the Neti Salt and Neti Sea Salt for a more economical choice, using 1/4 - 1 teasp per bottle depending on your comfort levels.
