Please be aware that all payments are made through our parent site, Shop Holistic. FOR YOUR SAFETY AND REASSURANCE, OUR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE SECURED BY SAGEPAY (formerly Protx)

We can take all Major Credit Cards including American Express and JCB by telephone.

POSTAL METHOD
If you wish to send your order by post, please select the 'Mail Order' payment method. You will then be forwarded to a printable order page. This page can then be printed and sent along with a cheque, or you may fill in your card details for payment by card. Don't worry if you haven't got a printer, just pop a note with your order number on and send it along with your cheque. We will let you know by email (if you have one) once we receive your payment and then process your order without delay.
Unless you have a prior arrangement with us (ie a trade account) we cannot process orders in advance of payment.
Alternatively, you may phone us on (029) 2085 2222, quoting your order number, to make a card payment by phone. This enables us to process and despatch your order more quickly.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK, PLEASE TELEPHONE OR EMAIL US AT quotes@shopholistic.co.uk FIRST FOR A QUOTE FOR POSTAGE COSTS.

PLEASE NOTE: All payments are made through Shop Holistic, this being the parent company, and our payment pages will reflect this (ie colour schemes etc). Please be aware that card payments will show as ShopHolistic on your statement.


ORDERS FOR COLLECTION
We can prepare orders in lieu of payment for collection, saving you the postage. If you wish to do this please place an online order and select to pay by mail order cheque, stating in the customer comments that you wish to collect the order and requesting that we contact you when the order is ready to collect. When you pay upon collection we will deduct the postage costs for you!
